Job Description & Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Economics, or any business related course
• At least 2 years experience in client handling or related work is preferred.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Manages and resolves premium customer inquiries, requests, orders and follow up.
• Provides excellent customer service to premium clients
• Promotes products and services to premium clients
• Facilitate and support marketing programs, seminars, events and/or functions
• Excellent in MS Office applications
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Determined, trainable, goal- oriented and has interest in the industry
