Competitor’s Activity Monitoring
Actual sales take-off
Inventory monitoring (branch level)
PO processing/delivery
Load-In/Sell out monitoring and collection
Market analysis
Competitor’s Product Monitoring
Identify training needs for frontliners
Overall management of area
