Job Description / Requirements
Vital Call Center Link, Inc. is now in need of Customer Support Specialists to help its business partners sail through unending requests for hotel and travel bookings. No call center experience is required, since comprehensive training will be provided in the first month of employment.

Responsibilities include:
– booking/cancelling flight or hotel room reservations
– answering general queries about services
– working with clients and affiliates to resolve issues
– making account changes when necessary

To qualify, you must:
1. Be at least 18 years old and a high school graduate
2. Have average English communication skills
3. Have excellent computer and internet navigation skills
4. Be willing to work at night and in shifting schedules
5. Be amenable to work in Ayala, Makati
