We are seeking an experienced, dedicated HR/ACCOUNTING STAFF (RELIEVER) to join our team by providing accounting and clerical support to the HR and Accounting department. Accomplishes accounting and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
HR Functions: ✓Protects organization’s value by keeping information confidential. ✓ Ensure compliance with governmental laws on payroll accounting and taxes. ✓Provide assistance for data needed for reporting and payment process related to HR.Admin reports and bank transactions. ACCOUNTING Functions: ✓ Type accurately, preparing and maintaining accounting documents and records. ✓Prepare bank deposits, general ledger postings and statements. ✓Reconcile accounts in a timely manner. ✓Daily enter key data of financial transactions in Accounting System—Quick-books. ✓BIR Reporting. ✓Online Banking Transactions.
▣ With Experience in Accounting duties and responsibilities in a Manufacturing Company
▣ Knowledgeable in Book Keeping; Quick books Program
▣ Ability to multitask and remain motivated and positive.
▣ Professional manner and strong ethical code.
▣ Commitment to working efficiently and accurately.
▣ Excellent computer skills, including MS Office
▣ Must be in good health condition.
