Job Description & Requirements
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for the game’s customer support services via email, social media channels and helpdesk.
• Responsible for monitoring the game in all aspects.
• Responsible for making and facilitating game-related events in all forms
• Resposible for game research, review and recommendations
• Resposible for enforcing game policies in all channels.
• Responsible for compiling and making game related datas or documents.
• Responsible in all kinds of testings along with the creation of proper documents, solutions, fixes and recommendations.
• Performs other task that may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in any field or at-least stayed 2 years in college.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Kapitolyo Pasig, Philippines
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language
• Ability to multi-task and adapt to change and possess analytical and problem-solving skills
• Passion for playing online games in PC and Mobile Devices.
• Highly organized with very strong attention to details
• Must be willing to work on a shifting schedule and work long and irregular hours when necessary including holidays
• Internet and Social Media savvy.
• Basic proficiency in MS Office Applications.
