Business Support Administrator – Remote Control BPO

Responsibilities
 Maintain an accurate and comprehensive document management system, including organizing, filing and storage of company’s documentation and contracts.  Manage Credit Check applications and ensuring minimal back log (48 hours SLA)  Managing Title Deed Checks and ensuring minimal back log (48 hours SLA)  Ensuring customer submissions to the local regulatory government body regards new contracts are completed in a timely manner (48 hours SLA)  Data Entry and Data Cleaning; capable of basic data analysis and reporting.  Supporting Sales Data and ensuring HubSpot CRM is clean.  Maintain smooth running and efficient business operations  Responding to email queries within 24 hours of receipt.  Other assigned administrative task required.

Job Qualifications
Qualifications
 Bachelor’s Degree in business administration or any related course.
 At least 2 years of experience business administrative support role or related field.
 Solid Xero software experience.
 Bookkeeping experience in preferred.
 Experience in Hubspot and Slack is preferred but not required.
 Entrepreneurial in nature (Go-getter, with ability to solve problems on their own).
 Excellent customer service skills and calls management skills.
 Confident in communication skills through emails, and phone calls.
 A positive can-do attitude is a must and a drive to self-develop and learn.
