Job Description / Requirements
Assists the HRD & Admin. Supervisor/ Asst. Manager in the implementation and monitoring of the following duties and responsibilities.
Issues pre-medical referrals and validates results for all newly hired associates.
Attends to all health and first aid needs of associates.
Coordinates with HMO, clinics and hospitals for further management.
Drafts, recommends and implements clinic guidelines, policies and procedures.
Handles requisition/dispensing of all clinic medicines and supplies.
Conducts monthly inventory of all clinic medicines and supplies.
Conducts home visits to sick associates per company guideline.
Maintains availability of clinic medicines and supplies.
Maintains medical records of associates.
Coordinates the Annual Physical Examination which includes scheduling, physical set-up, and Individual counseling regarding the APE results.
Coordinates with affiliated Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) and Dental provider regarding enrollment, billing and use thereof.
Recommends and assists in the implementation of Safety, Security and Health programs/services of the company.
Acts as an active member of the Health and Safety Committee and Emergency and Disaster Committee.
Coordinates with government and non-government agencies re: health and safety such as DOH, DOLE, Red Cross, Fire Departments, etc.
Processes Payroll (DTR Summary) using HRIS of all regular employees except managerial positions.
Distributes and maintains file for HRD and Administration related communications.
Drafts, checks and disseminates HRD & Admin. Related communications.
Updating and monitoring of SL/VL.
Assist in the administration of Employee Satisfaction Survey and prepare the powerpoint presentation.
Oversee Canteen Operation Activities; act as a Chairman of Canteen Committee
Administration of Shuttle Services.
Overall-in-Charge of Gym Operations/Locker Room/Morning Assembly Background Music.
Act as a custodian/ensures operating condition of Office Equipment/Gadgets/ Furnitures such as; Photocopying Machine/Fax, Television/VHS, Amplifiers/Sound System, Digital Camera, Videocam, Multimedia, Overhead Projector/Screen
Collate, Record and File Gate Pass for monitoring purposes.
Coordinate Pest Control Services
Complies with all relevant QMS and EMS procedures and work instructions.
Performs other duties that may be assigned by the HRD and Admin. Supervisor and Manager.
Education : Bachelor of Science in Nursing (Registered Nurse).
Experience : With at least 2 (two) years experience as Company Nurse preferably from a reputable manufacturing company. HRD and Admin. work is an advantage.
Training : Basic Life Support
Other Skills : With above average communication and interpersonal HRD related skills, computer literate.
