Job Description / Requirements
CAMP Asia Inc. is a non-profit, non-stock NGO that facilitates Community Development and Social Enterprise, creating sustainable communities for Relocation Sites.
CAMP has been working in the relocation sites since 2011 providing relief and support to families that had been forced to be relocated due to natural disasters, as well as Government urban development plans. CAMP aims to support these families through sustainable livelihoods and continue to work on poverty alleviation through establishment of Social Enterprises, Job Training Centers, Health Centers, Daycare Centers, and other services.
To date, CAMP’s projects are concentrated in San Jose Del Monte Bulacan specifically in Towerville Relocation Site Phase 1-5 in barangay Minuyan and Phase-6 in barangay Gaya-gaya, providing services in the field of Health, Education, and Livelihood. Towerville is a relocation site for people who were displaced due to typhoons, floods, fire, and other natural disasters, as well as demolished families due to government development projects.
Our main office is located at Asia Community Development Center, Lot-A2 Upper Quarry Brgy. Minuyan Proper, City of San Jose Del Monte, Bulacan.

The Health Program Manager is responsible for the planning and execution of the Health project in San Jose Del Monte, Bulacan specifically in Towerville relocation site in brgy. Minuyan proper. Will Direct and coordinate the full range of the community development activities, making project proposals, in-charge administration and implementation of the development plans as well as monitoring and evaluation of existing programs.
-Candidate must be College Graduate of any medical course.
-25 to 40 years of age and preferably resident of SJDM, Bulacan
-with at least 5 years managerial experience
-Must have the following skills/background: Community Organizing, Project Management, Organizational Development
-Excellent communication skills in English, tagalog (both oral & written). Knowledge in Korean language is an advantage
-Be able to work under pressure and long work hours
-Possess good interpersonal skills, initiative, integrity, flexibility, adaptability, and must be a team player.
-With computer skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.’
