ARMSCOR GLOBAL SHARED SERVICES INC. is hiring AVP Sales and Logistic.

QUALIFICATIONS:
– With extensive minimum of 10 years working experience for Sales and Logistics Department in a Manufacturing Company
– Current experience should be at least Senior Manager level
-Willing to be assigned in MARIKINA

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Oversee overall operations of the Local Sales and Logistics Department.
Overall responsibility for the local sales, third party alliances, and customer satisfaction.
Develops and implements a comprehensive strategy that maximizes Company’s opportunities across all products and product lines and at the same time achieving the Company’s sales goals
Create a culture of success and ongoing business and goal achievement
Manages and develops a team of sales representatives including recruiting, hiring, and training new representatives on the sales process to deliver profitable growth
Manage the use of budgets
Sells and promotes the sales of Armscor products to customers including negotiating price, other concessions and terms and conditions of the sale.
Participates in strategic and tactical planning for the division.
Builds working relationships with license, consulting and education field managers in the respective territory to develop joint account plans.
Develops and execute a territory plan to maximize revenue.
Prepares and achieves monthly territory forecasts, and accurately predicts revenue on a monthly basis.
Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasting
Analyze the demand in the market on a regular basis.
Define sales processes that drive desired sales outcomes and identify improvements where and when required
Put in place infrastructure and systems to support the success of the sales function
Manages escalation.
Manage customer expectations and contribute to a high level of customer satisfaction.
Compile information and data related to customer and prospect interactions
Monitor customer, market and competitor activity and provide feedback to company leadership team and other company functions
Manage key customer relationships and participate in closing strategic opportunities
Work closely with the marketing function to establish successful support, channel and partner programs
Directs and ensures the implementation of operational policies through subordinate managers.
Interacts internally and externally with executive management involving negotiation of difficult matters to influence policy.
Functional expertise and broad company knowledge.
Strategically plan and manage logistics and transportation
Direct, optimize and coordinate full logistics cycle – transportation modes, routing, equipment, or frequency.
Create policies or procedures for logistics activities.
Liaise and negotiate related with shipment process.
Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency of shipment.
Arrange, plan routes and process shipments
Resolve any arising problems or complaints concerning shipments, transportation, logistics systems, imports or exports, or customer issues
Ensure carrier compliance with company policies or procedures for product transit or delivery.
Meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets of delivery
Negotiate transportation rates or services.
Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements for outgoing logistics
Comply with laws, regulations and ISO requirements
May be asked to perform other duties at a lower level or higher level of proficiency from time to time
