HR ADMIN ASSISTANT – Vendes Company – Bulacan

Job Description
Responsibilities:
1.Maintain personnel files and documentation
2.Assist in recruitment activities such as posting job advertisements, conducting initial phone screens, and scheduling interviews
3.Process employee paperwork such as onboarding documents and employment contracts
4.Assist with benefits administration such as enrollments and changes
5.Answer employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures
6.Assist with payroll processing
7.Create and maintain reports related to personnel data
8.Prepare correspondence related to personnel matters
9.Manage the office supply inventory for the HR department
10.Perform other duties as assigned by the HR officer or Management

Job Qualifications
• Minimum of 1 year of administrative experience in an office setting required experience
• Understanding of HR Principles and practices
• Maintain personnel files and documentations
• Strong attention to details and organizational abilities
• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills

Compensation
Bulacan Rate
Compensation Range ₱10,000 – ₱15,000
