ACCOUNTING ADMINISTRATIVE STAFF – Verde View Villas – Mimaropa

Job Description
Works typically involved
Preparing deposits, processing payments, creating financial reports, assisting with the budget planning, preparing and submitting tax forms and maintaining financial databases and spreadsheets
Provide administrative support to accountants, undertaking clerical tasks such as typing, filing, making phone calls, handling mail and basic bookkeeping.
Supervising the accounting, administrative and auditing duties for management and handling the daily tasks and activities.
Fixes the checks and makes the budgets.
Computing the billing statements, setting up and submitting tax forms
Supervising the records of the stock list and assisting the account managers by making program spreadsheets and organizing funds.
Working with spreadsheets, sales and purchase ledgers and journals.
Calculating and checking to make sure payments, amounts and records are correct.
Sorting out incoming and outgoing daily post and answering any queries.
Managing petty cash transactions.
Controlling credit and chasing debt.
Reconciling finance accounts and direct debits.
Processing the benefits and performing the other employee related duties and jobs
Performing the job of a clerk, related to the utilities, as and when required
Processing the requisitions, receipts and the other important accounting activities that fall under his jurisdiction
Monitoring the expenses for agreeing to the budgets
Assuring appropriate payment for the employees
Administrating all the payable accounts within the organization
Administering the work tasks of all the employees in the department of accounts payable and accounts receivable
Managing the presentation of the month end data and the conclusion of the fiscal records monthly

Job Qualifications
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
Should have strong analytical skills and should carry out her functions very effectively.
Should be well acquainted with soft wares and accounting.
Have the ability to work under pressure.
Willing to relocate at Brgy. Sinandigan, Puerto Galera, Oriental Mindoro

At least 25-30 years old
Must have at least 6months- 1 year experience on the same field
Prior experience working as an Accounting Officer or a similar position in the Accounting Department.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools.
Familiarity working with accounting software such as Quickbooks and Quicken.
Outstanding understanding of accounting principles and practices.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment as and when required.
Ability to pay close attention to detail for accuracy.
