Assistant Operations/Marketing Manager – BTI Defence

Job Description & Requirements
BTI Defence is looking for an Assistant Operations/Marketing Manager who has Military or Law Enforcement background to join team. Working across the entire brand/product range, you will assist the Managing Director & have responsibility for operational, administration, marketing campaigns, brand communications, e-marketing and advertising, for a global dealer network.

Responsibilities include:
• Global Brand Communication
• Development and implementation of comprehensive marketing plans and campaigns
• Manage internet sites, and e-business marketing platforms
• Develop and co-ordinate key communication collateral, advertisements, articles, brochures, newsletters, web content and presentations
• Public relations, media campaigns, media liaison
• Presentations to Global Dealer Network
• Meeting with global suppliers and customers
• Compliance Implementation

The successful candidate will need:
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
• Working under stress and meeting deadline
• Exceptional interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
• Strong time management and organisational skills
• Committed and Very organized
• Knowledge of Military and/or Law Enforcement Industry is highly desirable
• Be able to travel around the world
