As a Front-end Developer, Junior Web Developer
is responsible for creating, building, maintaining for World Famous MMORPG online game website portal, web-based tools, and other applications using front-end (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) programming and development tools under the direction of Senior Web Development Manager from U.S. In addition, he/she will also assist and responsible for general programming duties in servicing multiple online game titles and the web portals
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Under the direction and supervision, work and coordinate with the oversea Programming team to program and develop Front-end (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) programming and development for MMORPG online game website portal Ensures that websites are thoroughly tested and functions across multiple platforms and browsers
• Deliver high quality programming works, which meets defined goals and requirements to meet the standard of global online MMO game players.
• Ensures that websites are thoroughly tested and functions across multiple platforms and browsers
• assist and responsible for general programming duties in servicing multiple online game titles and the web portals
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience Has Min 1 year working experience using web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX, XML)
• Has 1~2 years minimum experience in Web programming, including .NET, PHP, ASP and JSP.
• Knowledge and understanding of .NET technologies (C#, ASP.NET, MVC)
• 1- 2 years experience working with database system such as MySQL, MSSQL or Oracle.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to both follow precise direction and bring new ideas to the table
• Willingness to learn and continuously advance skills to stay up to speed with evolving practices
• Experience working on commercial online game services within the games industry (specifically with MMORPGs & free-to-play titles) is a plus, but not required
• Able to operate independently and effectively.
• Willing to work graveyard shift if necessary
• English proficiency
