QUALIFICATIONS
With college diploma preferably in Industrial engineering, computer science, or a related degree.
Preferably with at least 2-5 years work related experience.
Must be proficient in oral and written communication.
Must be knowledgeable in business process analysis, technical documentation and systems testing.
Must be highly computer literate, proficient in using Microsoft Office, including Visio and other system management tools.
DUTIES AND RESPONSBILITIES
To act as a support for the preparations being done for the insurance administration system and the software development team’s in house developed systems. To assist in mapping out existing systems processes and identifying requirements and procedures for new systems.
