Job Description / Requirements
What you’ll be doing:
Communicating and following up daily with home-based e-Educators regarding technical concerns, system checks, lesson plotting, and schedule/attendance monitoring via phone and chat or email
Coordinating with other teams (Customer Service, Standards, and Payroll) regarding the resolution of concerns from hone-based e-Educators

Requirements:
College graduate of any 4-year course
Excellent English communication skills
With a typing speed of at least 35 words per minute
Working experience in an ESL or BPO setting (voice or non-voice) or in similar or related fields is preferred
At least one month of BPO or customer service experience via phone and chat or email
ESL experience is an advantage

You must also be:
A multitasker
Knowledgeable in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
Willing to work on shifting schedules (between 5:30 a.m. and 11:30 p.m.), on weekends, and on holidays, including overtime
Willing to work in Ortigas Center, Pasig City
