Position Requirements:
1. Education
a. Bachelor’s Degree (BS Computer Engineering or BS Computer Science) or Bachelor’s Degree on related field
2. Work Experience
a. Experience in networking and PC troubleshooting/maintenance preferred

Job Description and Summary:
Maintenance of all SMC H.O., CERI and remote sites PCs, laptops, printers and other related hardware. Maintenance and administration of all PCs, laptops, printers and other hardware physical inventory records. Overall PC, laptop, printer and telephone connectivity.

Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Daily
a. Provide assistance/service to all H.O. SEMIRARA, CERI and remote sites staff on all problems relating to PC hardware, software, e-mails and network connections.
b. Ensure all PCs, laptops and printers are operational; coordinate with hardware supplier on required PC repair.
c. Prepare all necessary documentation covering PC transfers, acquisitions and disposals.
d. Check all H.O. and remote Offices’ PC/printer connectivity. Report any establishment of connections.
e. Assist staff in maintaining their own back-up files.
2. Monthly
a. Conduct a physical inventory (semi-annually) of all PCs per above scope/dimension.
b. During physical inventory, ensure that only authorized software are installed in all PCs/laptops.
c. Implement semi-annual PC/printer preventive maintenance schedule.
d. Maintain correct inventory listings of PC hardware and software.
