Customer Service / Sales Representative – Makati City – Diversify Intelligent Staffing Solutions

Job Description / Requirements
As a Customer Service / Sales Representative you will act as a liaison between customers and companies by providing information regarding products and services. The role will be responsible for any customer queries and resolving complaints about products and services, as well as servicing existing accounts, obtaining orders, and selling new and existing products and services.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Handling of all customer concerns via phone, email, or other media
• Develops and establishes working relationships with customers and potential customers
• Ensure all customer calls are recorded into the system with 100% accuracy
• Meet overall performance targets and standards as specified in line with both client and company expectations
• Provide polite, professional, and effective service to prospective customers via inbound and outbound calls
• Dealing with all calls courteously, professionally and assertively
• Matching customer’s need to client’s products and services
• Provide well-rounded, prompt, high-quality, and professional client service at all times
• Communicates well with customers and listens intently to help them convey their needs
• Assists with placement of orders, refunds, exchanges, cancel or upgrade of customer’s account
• Answers questions and suggests solutions in relation to the products and services
• Advises customers of deals and promotions
• Conduct leads generation and appointment setting; research for new possible leads within a given market
• Obtain names and telephone numbers of potential customers from a variety of sources (online search, existing database/directory, etc.)
• Prospecting to develop and acquire new leads; generate high volume of leads by utilising different sales strategies
• Utilize available resources to target cold calls and identify potential new customers
• Perform follow ups via email as directed

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
• Must have completed at least 2 years of Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in any course
• At least 1-2 years’ sales experience in the BPO industry
• Contribute to a harmonious working environment and build good working relationships while adhering to policies and procedures
• Demonstrate commitment in upholding core values and behavioral standards
• Excellent customer service, problem solving and analytical skills
• Results-driven and goal-oriented; background in customer service and sales (inbound/outbound: B2C/B2B sales)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Power Point, and Excel Spreadsheets) and is tech savvy
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills
• With good comprehension and active listening skills
• Has excellent time management and prioritization skills
• Ability to be flexible to changing demands and challenges and exercise initiative
• Highly self-motivated and energetic
• Ability to be flexible, adaptable and work in fast-paced environment
• Must have strong attention to detail, can multitask and work well under pressure
• Exercise empathy and diplomatic exchange in all working relationships
• Proactively looks for ways to help customers
• Must be willing to work in Makati City in an early morning shift (7:00 am – 4:00 pm)
