Collections and Billing Specialist – Dragon Crowne Solutions – Makati

Job Description / Requirements
Description:
• Provide customer service regarding collection issues, process customer refunds, process and review account adjustments, resolve client discrepancies and short payments.
• Communicate with customers via phone and email to ensure timely payments of accounts.
• Research & resolution of customer disputes/deductions/claims.
• Once client’s concerns are addressed, specialists are also expected to upsell the company’s products.

Compensation and Benefits:
• 22,000 basic pay + 1,000 allowance with 20% night differential + commission
• 15,000 regularization bonus after 6 months
• HMO coverage up to 2 dependents
• Other incentives

Requirements:
• Strong, engaging and effective communication style and skills
• Ability to adapt to change and perform in a rapidly expanding dynamic organization
• With at least 8 months call center experience
• Excellent communications skills and amenable to work on a shifting schedule
• Willing to work in Ayala, Makati
