Join the Logistics team of an international humanitarian organization. The ICRC delegation in the Philippines is hiring for a:

Logistics Officer – Cash Transfer Specialist

(based in Makati)

MAIN TASKS
In charge of logistical / administrative aspects of cash programs in the Philippines
In charge of Purchase Order (PO) filing / archiving: collection, checking and reporting
Ensures that ICRC PO filing standard procedures are known and followed
Back-up of the Customer Service Desk activities

QUALIFICATIONS
A successful candidate will:
Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting or equivalent
Have a minimum of 2 years humanitarian work experience in cash program activities
Have honesty, integrity, good team management, communication, analytical and reporting skills
Have excellent computer skills
Have knowledge in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) applications (preferably JDE – Oracle)
Have a high degree of ability to adapt to evolving conditions and is ready to travel regularly within area of coverage
